James Hetfield's New Tattoo Contains Ashes From The Late Lemmy Kilmister

James Hetfield from Metallica has a new tattoo.

It's a tribute to the late Lemmy Kilmister from Motörhead, which actually contains what Hetfield calls “a pinch of his cremation ashes that were so graciously given to me.”

The new ink, which is on the middle finger of Papa Het's right hand, features an ace of spades inside an iron cross.

A posts on the band's Instagram reads, “without Lemmy, there would be NO Metallica.”
