Sunday night Billy Joel returned to his sold out residency at Madison Square Garden and proceeded to bring out his old pal Joe Elliott from Def Leppard. This wasn't the first time the two have shared the stage. Elliott joined Joel at Fenway Park in Boston in August of last year to perform the Def Leppard classic "Pour Some Sugar On Me." The duo did it again last night, scroll down to see the video. Joel has become (in)famous for welcoming guests at MSG. Most recently it was Peter Frampton. Prior to that, Bruce Springsteen, Paul Simon, Miley Cyrus, John Fogerty, Sting, John Mayer, Tony Bennett and John Mellencamp.
Now I realize it's much easier to have talent show up on your doorstep in the Big Apple, but it does make you wonder who (if anyone) Joel will bring out at Globe Life Park in Arlington in October?
