As I reported last week, the next anniversary reissue album from the Beatles will indeed be Abbey Road. The 50th Anniversary reissues (out September 27) will be presented with new mixes in stereo, 5.1 surround, and Dolby Atmos; expanded with previously unreleased session recordings and demos. We've already been given a taste of what's in-store with the release of George Harrison's masterpiece "Something" as a studio demo, as well as "take 39 instrumental strings only," and the 2019 Mix.
