Here's something you don't see every day. Two miniature horses had to be wrangled on I-35 near the Inwood Road exit this morning. It took about 35 minutes, but luckily these horses were corralled and unharmed. See the footage below. Sadly, more than a dozen horses got loose on the highway and 2 were struck by vehicles.
