Axl Rose took a tumble backwards off the stage during Guns N' Roses performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Vegas on Friday night. The 57-year-old singer was in the middle of the Bob Dylan cover "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" when he fell. Luckily, he got right back up and continued. As you can see from his tweet below it appears only his ego was bruised.
