Styx singer and keyboardist Lawrence Gowan has released a version of The Beatles’ “Eleanor Rigby” with String Katz, a string ensemble. The real Eleanor Rigby, who is buried in a Liverpool cemetery, was born 125 years ago this Saturday. She died in 1939. Paul McCartney claims the song is fictional.
