BEATLES: Book to Accompany Doc
The Beatles will publish a book to coincide with Peter Jackson's upcoming documentary on the making of the Let It Be album.
Due August 31st, 2021,The Beatles: Get Backwill be the band's first authorized book since The Beatles Anthology. It will detail the creation of their 1970 album,Let It Be, through transcribed conversations drawn with John,Paul, George and Ringo from over 120 hours recorded studio sessions. There will also be hundreds of previously unpublished images, including photos by Linda McCartney.
The film, which was scheduled to be in theaters this month, was pushed back to next year due to the pandemic.
