Don Henleytook part in Saturday's We're Texasvirtual benefit to help those affected by last month's snowstorm and cold snap. It was organized by actor and fellow Texan Matthew McConaughey.
Before doing Jesse Winchester's "Snow," Henley said he had a pipe burst in his Dallas-area home and spent the better part of the day shoveling out.
And, backed by a three-piece band, it was a shovel that Henley played while singing the song.
