Ozzy Osbourne has been edged out of Hall of Fame Votes by....Dave Matthews?

On Sunday night, Ozzy Osbourne had roughly 35-hundred more votes than the Dave Matthews Band in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Fan Vote.

Matthews had jumped two slots last week, overtaking Peter Frampton and Foreigner, to land at number-two behind Ozzy.

But overnight, he overtook Ozzy and now leads by more than 3,000 votes.

Ozzy is followed by Foreigner at three, Peter Frampton at four and Cher at five.

This is the second nomination for the Matthews Band and first for Ozzy, Foreigner, Frampton and Cher.

Ozzy was inducted as a member of Black Sabbath in 2006.

You can vote for up to seven artists a day through April 26th at Vote.RockHall.com. The top five artists selected by the public will comprise a “fans’ ballot” that will be tallied along with the other ballots to determine the 2024 Inductees.

Inductees will be announced at the end of April. The Induction Ceremony will take place this fall in Cleveland with the date and venue to be announced.
