Slash will finally release his mostly blues album, Orgy of the Damned, on Friday. Finally, not only because he finished recording it about a year ago and had to wait until his schedule cleared to put it out. But also because, he tells us, the idea for it dates back a quarter of a century.
Guest singers on Orgy of the Damned include Brian Johnson, Paul Rodgers, Iggy Pop, Billy Gibbons, Gary Clark Junior and Chris Robinson. Slash will perform songs off it Monday through Wednesday night on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Slash's 'S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Tour stops at Texas Trust CU Theatre on August 17th.
