Sentient means "able to perceive or feel things." And yes, Carlos will turn 77 on July 20th.
No word on when the album will be released, but he recently posted an image of Christ with the caption, "Coming soon. Ritual Santana."
Santana's last album was Blessings and Miracles in 2021.
Santana start a tour with Counting Crows opening on June 14th in Hollywood, Florida and will stop at Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth on August 15th.
