Metallica frontman James Hetfield celebrated his 61st birthday in high style on Saturday when he used a swig of helium from one of his birthday balloons to raise his voice into Chipmunks territory. After singing "Happy birthday to me," Papa Het added a line or two of "Enter Sandman." The hilarity is posted on Metallica's Instagram and Hetfield's X feeds.

Sunday’s Metallica show at Gillette Stadium outside Boston was “delayed until further notice” due to severe weather in the area at a little after 6pm ET. Fans were asked via social media to “shelter in place on the main concourse and follow the instructions of staff to ensure everyone’s safety.” Those who hadn’t yet entered the building were asked to “remain in their vehicles until further notice.”
