Neil Young has released “Winter Winds,” one of 15 unreleased songs off his new box set, Archives Vol. III (1976-1987), which will be out on September 16th.
He recorded the song at his Broken Arrow Ranch in Half Moon Bay, California during the sessions for his 1980 album, Hawks & Doves.
