Even Green Day are not immune to the cultural phenomenon that is Deadpool and Wolverine. During their final encore at CitiField in Queens, New York on Monday -- Billie Joe Armstrong's solo rendition of "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)" -- he was surprised onstage by the two Marvel Universe characters, who were actually his costumed bandmates Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt, and promptly lost it. The band has posted video of it on their socials, so we know that Tre was Deadpool and Mike was Wolverine.
