Born on this day in 1954, David Lee Roth is an American musician, singer-songwriter, actor, author, former radio personality, and best known as the original lead singer Van Halen, becomes the newest member of rock's Septuagenarian Club! In 2007, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
