Mammoth WVH's new video "The End" is an all-star affair.
The script for the supernatural clip was written by Wolfgang Van Halen and director Robert Rodriguez, and besides the members of Mammoth it also stars Danny Trejo, Slash, Myles Kennedy and Wolfgang's mom, Valerie Bertinelli. The song starts with a tapping guitar intro that Wolfgang's father Eddie made famous. Wolfgang says, “I’ve had the tapping idea on the intro for 'The End' since before Mammoth. I was able to fit it into this world. It’s still over-the-top and shreddy, but it’s also melodic and controlled. Overall, I was doing some different things on the record, and I knew this was going to be a big step. Once we finished 'The End,' it felt really special to me."
Mammoth WVH also announced a fall headline tour with Myles Kennedy opening that starts at a to be announced city on October 31st and wraps up on December 7th. Tickets go on sale May 9th.
