Talk about the stars aligning... or wait... the sun, earth and moon aligning!
This Monday, August 21st, the United States will experience a total solar eclipse for the first time since 1979.
That same day, singer Bonnie Tyler will perform her iconic 1983 hit “Total Eclipse of the Heart” at the exact time of the eclipse while aboard Royal Caribbean’s Total Eclipse Cruise. Apparently The boat will be positioned in the perfect spot for viewing the eclipse.
Michael Bayley, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International, told Time, “Bonnie Tyler was a natural choice for this once-in-a-lifetime moment.”
