Sad news today, as we've learned comedy legend Jerry Lewis has passed away in Las Vegas at the age of 91.
Jerry Lewis started making us laugh in the early 1950s with Dean Martin and later starred in numerous classic movies like “The Nutty Professor” and “The Bellboy” before launching the Muscular Dystrophy telethon. I remember every year growing up as a kid my mom would let me stay up late to watch the telethon, and phone in a donation.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Jerry Lewis died at his home at 9:15 a.m. and his agent confirmed the news.
