Things have been touch and go for the entertainment complex in Las Colinas formerly known as the Irving Music Factory.
It was supposed to open last weekend with two sold out shows featuring Dave Chappelle, but construction delays forced a rescheduling of the opening, now scheduled for this Saturday with a concert by ZZ Top.
According to a report on DallasNews.com, the title sponsor for the venue will now be Toyota, the company that recently moving their headquarters to the Metroplex (Frisco) last year.
The venue shall now be known as the Toyota Music Factory, and will eventually include restaurants, bars, bowling, theaters and more.
