If your travels take you through the Richardson/Plano corridor this weekend you'll need to plan a new route. Nearly two miles of U.S. Highway 75 will be closed in both directions this weekend for ongoing construction projects, including the demolition of the Plano Pkwy bridge.
TXDOT says the highway will be closed from 3 a.m. Saturday through 5 a.m. Monday between Renner Road and E. 15th Street.
