All of here at Lone Star 92.5 sending condolences to Sir Elton John today, as we've learned the news of his mother's passing. The 70-year-old musician took to Twitter and Instagram to say he "in shock" following the death of his mother Sheila Farebrother.
This past May, on Mother's Day, Elton posted another picture on Instagram celebrating the fact that he and Sheila had patched up their relationship after almost nine years of not speaking to each other. When Elton was hospitalized earlier this year he reached out to his mother to end their feud.
