Thanks to my buddy Bill who listens on-the-job (literally) to Lone Star 92.5 weekdays afternoons while he's delivering mail in Plano. He tipped me off to the 26th Annual Letter Carrier's Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive happening this Saturday, May 12th.
It's a drive that happens all across the nation. Basically, what they're asking is for all of us to leave a bag of non-perishable food items near your mailbox and the letter carriers will do the rest. All food collected stays right here in our community!
