53-Year Old Rafael Palmeiro Hits 1st Home Run In Return To Baseball

Did you know former MLB and Texas Rangers great Rafael Palmiero is now playing first base for the Cleburne Railroaders? They play in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball League. The 53-year old hit his first professional home run since July 30, 2005, in the fifth inning last night during a 4-3 loss in 11 innings against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks.
