Ezekiel Elliott is in the news again. The Dallas Cowboys running back is being sued for over $1 million in damages by Ronnie Barnard Hill. Hill's BMW was totaled when Elliott "accidentally" ran a red light, and hit Hill's car on the passenger's side., which left him with what he claims are "serious, life-altering injuries."
Elliott's attorney, Frank Salzano, released a statement (below) saying that Hill had to sue Elliott in order to "trigger the insurance coverage."
