Cowboys Take Yoga Class During Training Camp

Well, if it's good enough for Tyron Smith, it's good enough for the rest of the team. Smith used Yoga and Pilates in the off-season to deal with hip, back and knee injuries, and with all the hamstring issues in the past, it makes sense for the Cowboys to stretch and include Yoga into their new-look workout too.
