A Canadian company named KinkySDollS had planned on opening a "love dolls brothel" in Houston featuring human-like dolls available for sale or rent. However, the city council on Wednesday said oh heck no! The council updated its rules on sexually oriented businesses to prevent customers from being able to rent devices for sexual gratification.
