Paul McCartney headlined night one of Austin City Limits this past Friday with an epic 3-hour show in Zilker Park in Austin. Sir Paul battled the Texas heat and proceeded to take the crowd of 60,000 on a journey through as he said "some old songs, some new songs, and some in-between songs." Paul also paid tribute to recently deceased Beatles engineer Geoff Emerick by dedicating the Sgt Pepper song “Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite” to him.
