It's an exciting time for Steve Perry. Not only is this week the 40th anniversary of him joining Journey as their new lead singer, it's also the release of his first album in 24 years, Traces, which came out last Friday. In the most recent episode of CBS Sunday Morning, host Tracy Smith caught up with former Journey frontman in a segment named “How Steve Perry Started Believin’ Again.” Smith asked Perry about Journey’s beginnings, dropping out of music, and his recent return.
