Back in August during a road trip to Texas, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp took the opportunity to visit the Warstic Headquarters in Dallas' Deep Ellum district. There he fell in love with the bats and the company, which is co-owned by rocker Jack White and Red Sox (and former Texas Rangers) great Ian Kinsler. Both are in the current World Series and Kemp went yard in Game 1 with his Warstic bat, prompting the broadcast to show Jack White and the company's founder Ben Jenkins. CBS 11 News caught up with Jenkins afterward.
