Neil Armstrong Memorabilia Fetches $7.5 Million At Auction

Turns out owning items from the first man to walk on the moon will set you back a pretty penny. Dallas-based Heritage Auctions says memorabilia belonging to Neil Armstrong brought in more than $7.4 million at auction on Saturday. The priciest item? Armstrong’s spacecraft ID plate from Apollo 11’s lunar module Eagle, which sold for $468,500.  See photos of other items here.
