Ryan Reynolds has shared the trailer for Once Upon A Deadpool, the PG-13 re-release of Deadpool 2 that's heading our way especially for Christmas.
Posting the trailer on Twitter, Reynolds wrote: "It's not kidnapping. I like to think of it as, 'unsolicited location enhancement.' #OnceUponADeadpool."
The revised version will see some of the more mature content removed, with a few new scenes added in for good measure.
The new cut will see Reynolds' Deadpool telling the story of Deadpool 2 to a kidnapped Fred Savage, which was reportedly an idea conceived by Reynolds and writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.
It's not like the original sequel did badly at the box office - having made a cool $730 million worldwide - the re-edit hopes to bring the film to a wider audience.
In the UK, however, the plan has backfired a little, as Screenrant reports the rating for the supposedly family-friendly version is actually the same as the original Deadpool 2. Doh.
In the US, the film was rated R violence, strong language, sexual content and obscenity, but while the MPAA has already given the new film a PG-13 rating for the States, over in the UK the British Board of Film Criticism (BBFC) has decided not to lower the rating.
