Legendary Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten is set to be inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. "Big Witt" holds the most receiving yards record in Dallas Cowboys history, with 12.448 yards and holds the franchise's record for most receptions in a game, with 18. During his storied 14-year NFL career he only missed one game, due to a broken jaw.
Witten will be enshrined along with legendary Longhorn and retired MLB pitcher Greg Swindell, as well as Maureen Connolly Brinker, Andre Johnson, Nancy Lieberman, Loyd Phillips, and Tony Franklin. The ceremony takes place in Waco on March 30.
