There's another rock biopic on the way, this time focusing on David Bowie called Stardust . Today, we learned the film has cast its leading man, actor-musician Johnny Flynn will portray Bowie. Marc Maron will also be in the movie as Bowie’s publicist, and Jena Malone ( The Hunger Games ) will portray Bowie’s first wife, Angie. The film is reported to focus on Bowie’s first trip to America in the early ’70s and the genesis of his Ziggy Stardust persona. Principal photography begins in June.
