A 6-year-old Houston-area girl who's battling cancer has had her dream come true of being sworn in as a Texas police officer. 6-year-old Abigail Arias was named an honorary officer in Freeport, Texas so she can fight the "bad guys in her body". Arias has a Wilms tumor, a type of kidney cancer in children. Freeport Police Chief Raymond Garivey Jr. said "t he chemo and radiation hasn’t worked and basically the family is now leaving it in God’s hands and praying for a miracle."
