SPOILERS AHEAD!
I loved last night's episode of Game of Thrones so much I watched it twice and didn't notice anything, but then again I'm not looking at the minutiae. According to TMZ (below) one eagle-eyed viewer noticed that Jaime Lannister's right hand miraculously grew back in a promo shot. There's also talk of a possible modern-day boot worn by a soldier during a battle scene. Everyone seems to be on high alert for these gaffes after last week's major mistake of a Starbuck's coffee cup was left visible on a table in a Winterfell scene.
