Uh-oh, another bad TMZ video floating around featuring Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott. This time Zeke in handcuffs after reportedly knocking a man down in Las Vegas at the EDC Music Festival. According to Zeke's attorney, Frank Salzano, he said Elliott was not arrested, only cuffed and detained, before being released shortly after the incident. He was not formally arrested or charged with a crime.
