Former Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth was in Las Vegas recently for EDC (a dance music festival - same on Zeke Elliott got handcuffed at) and noticed his hotel room neighbors across the hall blasting some Van Halen music. He decided to knock on their door and surprse them.
