At least one person is dead after a crane collapsed onto the Elan City Lights apartment complex near Good Latimer and Live Oak in Downtown Dallas Sunday afternoon. Stories are just starting to emerge from the harrowing scene. One resident, David Mendoza, ran from his apartment and saved a man who trapped in his car as it was dangling from the edge of the parking garage.
