New Linda Ronstadt Documentary Takes Intimate Look At Rock Hall Of Famer

There's a new documentary about Linda Ronstadt that's got everybody talking. Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice opens in select cities this Friday and nationwide September 13th. It will be screening at the Angelika Theatre Dallas and Landmark Magnolia Dallas on the 13th. As a kid growing up in the 70s I couldn't escape the music of Linda Ronstadt, nor did I want to. Not only did she discover The Eagles, she also had an amazing solo career. A 10-time Grammy Award-winner, she has released over 30 studio albums. 21 of her songs reached the top 40, 10 in the top 10, three at number 2, and "You're No Good" at number 1. She's sold more than 100 million records, making her one of the world's best-selling artists of all time. In a cruel twist of fate Ronstadt was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2012, which left her unable to sing.
