Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Get Pay Raise After Settling Pay Dispute

Sometimes you have to fight for what's right. Former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Erica Wilkins did just that. She filed a dispute against the Cowboys claiming she wasn't compensated fairly as a member of the NFL's most iconic squad. She claimed at times she didn't even make minimum wage. The dispute was scheduled for arbitration in October, but thanks to exposure on WFAA Channel 8, Wilkins lawyer now says the dispute has been settled, and the Cowboys have increased cheerleader pay from $8 an hour to $12 and their game-day pay doubled from $200 to $400.
