What's more frustrating than sitting in traffic? Sitting in traffic when it's completely unnecessary. As you can see from the video below, a group of street racers took it upon themselves to shutdown Woodall Rodgers Freeway last Saturday around 6pm so a couple of them could do donuts in the canyon under Klyde Warren Park. Where's the cops when you need them? Well, according to The Dallas Morning News, DPD was called but the highway was cleared by the time they arrived.
