Cleanup Underway After Devastating Dallas Storms

Many North Texans woke up Monday to an unbelievable scene. Some areas in North Dallas were devastated by tornadoes on Sunday night. As many were in their homes watching the Cowboys game the storms struck, forcing homeowners to take cover. Areas hit especially hard include I-35 & Walnut Hill, as well as Harry Hines, North Dallas Tollway & Royal Lane, and Preston & Royal, including the upscale community of Preston Hollow. The National Weather Service suspects there was more than one funnel cloud that touched down last night. Though many are still without power, and numerous school districts are closed today, including Dallas, Richardson & Garland to assess damage and cleanup, at last report, there were no deaths reported.
