It's been quite a week for Dirk Nowitzki. The "Tall Baller from the G" had a street named after him on Wednesday, then on Saturday night he was on-hand at American Airlines Center, wearing Victory Green, as a guest of the Dallas Stars.
First he entered the locker room to announce the Dallas Stars starting lineup.
Then, as Public Address Announcer for the Dallas Stars, it was time for me to welcome Dirk to center ice with an amazing list of his career achievements.

After that, Dirk hopped on the Stars TV broadcast between the first and second periods to catch up and discuss a little German hockey with Josh Bogorad and Daryl "Razor" Reaugh
It capped off an exciting win for the Stars as they beat the Montreal Canadiens by a score of 4-1 and extended their current win streak to 3 games, and 6 of their last 7.
