In February of 2019, several of Tom Petty's friends came together to record a cover of “For Real” called "For Real - For Tom" (above) features Jakob Dylan, Dhani Harrison, Willie Nelson among others. All net proceeds from the release benefit the Midnight Mission, a comprehensive homeless shelter and homeless services provider in Los Angeles. The Mission’s work serving the homeless community of Los Angeles was something Tom supported passionately throughout his career.
