One day after officially saying goodbye to Jason Garrett, the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to terms with former Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy. According to reports, McCarthy spent the night at Jerry Jones house on Saturday, remained in Dallas on Sunday, and this morning it was official. Now the real question is; how much freedom will McCarthy have? Will he be able to choose his own staff? Many Cowboys coaches (like OC Kellen Moore) remain under contract. Will Jerry stay out of his way like he did with Bill Parcells? And for how long? Time will tell.
