Rush's "Working Man" has been recorded by Fu Manchu, the California stoner band, for Neil Peart who would have turned 68 this past Saturday. A post on the Fu Manchu Facebookpage says, “All proceeds will benefit Brain Tumor Research at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in his memory." Ironically, Peart did not play on the original recording of "Working Man," which is on the band's self-titled debut album with original drummer John Rutsey. Peart, who joined the band for their second album,Fly By Night, died of brain cancer in January. Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson played on Fu Manchu’s 2018 album,Clone of the Universe.
