Scorpions; Offer Studio Tour...

After taking a break, Scorpions recently returned to the studio in Hannover, Germany to continued working on their next album, which they started in late July.

Drummer Mikkey Dee has posted a couple of videos to give fans a look at what has served as the band's "office" as they work their way through the recording. In the first clip, Dee shows off the "rat's nest" where his huge drum kit is set up and miked. In the second, he accompanies singer Klaus Meine into the vocal booth, which has been dubbed "Klaus's House."

Although we don't learn much from the videos about what the new album will sound like, in an interview with Talking Metal, Meine revealed that the band is focused on rocking hard, hoping to recapture the vibe of late-'70s and early-'80s albums such as Blackout, Love at First Sting and Lovedrive.
