The mogul is cold-calling people to encourage them to vote.
Oprah says she's manning the phone lines for Beto O'Rourke's Powered by People organization, because "I can’t go knocking on people’s doors this election." She started by calling Texas voters on Monday, a day before early voting began in the state. In a video of her first attempt, Oprah talked to a starstruck fan who at first didn't believe it was her.
