While we wait to see if Christine McVie's recent comments about Fleetwood Mac possibly no longer touring are true, we're about to get an expanded reissue of their 1980 concert collection, Live.
Captured during their Tusk tour, the super deluxe-edition contains unreleased recordings from 1977 to 1982, along with a bonus seven-inch single of previously unreleased demos for “Fireflies” and “One More Night,” a booklet, an itinerary for the Tusk tour and more.
There is also a Tour Edition that is limited to 1000 copies, and this contains replicas of backstage passes and an iron-on patch. Both editions are available on Rhino’s website.
In making the announcement, the band has released a version of "The Chain," recorded on May 20th, 1980 at the Richfield Coliseum in Cleveland.
Live will be out on April 9th.
