Wolfgang Releases Two More from his Debut; Mammoth WVH

We told you beforethat Wolfgang Van Halen has beef with the GRAMMYs over their tribute to his dad, late legend Eddie Van Halen. In a new interview, Wolf clarifies why he turned down the opportunity to perform at the ceremony.

After word got out that Wolf wasn’t happy with the tribute to Eddie, GRAMMY producers said they offered Wolf a chance to perform “Eruption” during the “In Memoriam” segment – but he said no. Speaking to “Rolling Stone,” Wolf says the offer seemed “kind of tone-deaf” at the time, it “just didn’t feel right” because of the “emotional attachment to it.”

  • Meanwhile, Wolf has released new songs with his solo project Mammoth WVH. Fans are getting a listen to “Think It Over” and “Don’t Back Down” – the latter of which comes along with a music video filmed at his late dad’s 5150 Studio in Los Angeles, California. Wolf’s debut album is due for release on June 11th and can be pre-ordered HERE.Check out the new singles to the right.
